After a two year hiatus due to the pandemic, the traditionally annual Femmy Gala returned to the landmark Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on August 2. It was wonderful to see the joyous faces of old and new friends and associates coming together in person to celebrate the intimate apparel industry and this year’s outstanding honorees! Our hosts were BETTY, the award-winning indie rock trio Alyson Palmer, and sisters Amy and Elizabeth Ziff.
The Femmy Gala, recognized as the premier event in the Intimate Apparel Industry, is the fundraising vehicle which enables the Underfashion Club to support its extensive Scholarship, Awards, Internship and Grants (SAIG) programs. These efforts bring to life the Underfashion Club’s credo of “Education today for a better industry tomorrow”.
