The decision to dye all the fabrics black played a crucial role in establishing the gothic aesthetic. Beginning with the waist trim, I dyed it black, folded it, and placed it on the breast to achieve the perfect width of lace, adding a touch of sensuality. The body lace went through a similar transformation, becoming black and adorning the center front, sides, and back.
