By-Laws Committee
Distributes and maintains the official By-Laws of the Club and manages the By-Law revision process as it becomes necessary from time to time.

Executive Committee
Consists of the President, Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, and Board Committee Chairpersons. Acts for the Board on time-sensitive matters arising in between regularly scheduled Board meetings and such other matters delegated to it by the Board.

Finance Committee
Administers the Club’s budgets and maintains the Club’s funds in a fiscally responsible way.
Chair: Les Hall, Treasurer
Nominating Committee
Responsible for nominating directors and officers; and evaluating sitting directors who wish to be nominated for re-election.

Strategy Committee
Researches and proposes options for the Club’s future in light of the changing nature of the industry.

OUTREACH GROUP
Camille Block, Vice President
Brand Oversight Committee
Manages the Club’s overall branding and communication responsibilities; strategically identifies the Club’s communication needs; and administers the Club’s website, PR, blog and other media and social media.

Femmy Committee
Manages the Femmy Awards selection process; runs the Femmy dinner; and issues a journal whose main purpose to raise funds and inform the industry on the activities of the Club.

MISSION GROUP
Deborah Eaton, Vice President
Charity Committee
Disburses Club funds to local charities and other eligible non-profit institutions for purposes as are authorized by the Board and consistent with the Club’s mission.

Market Week Committee
Responsible for determining the ongoing 3-year Market Week Calendar.
Scholarship, Awards, Internships, Grants Committee (S.A.I.G.)
Implements the Club’s support for education through: 1) scholarship and awards programs designed to identify and attract the best new talent among students pursuing a course of studies in intimate apparel, as well as students engaged in related vocations, 2) internship programs geared to providing talented young persons with a real world learning experience in the Industry, and 3) grant efforts aimed at expanding the knowledge and experience of educators who teach intimate apparel design thereby offering their students a more thorough educational experience and for any purpose that supports or accomplishes the Club’s mission.

MEMBER BENEFITS GROUP
Joseph Smith, Vice President
Membership Committee
Maintains membership records, collects dues, works to increase the Club’s membership by holding events designed to attract and retain new members; publishes the Club Directory through the website; and advises the Board on all matters pertaining to existing membership.

Program Committee
Formulates and runs events to which Club members and nonmembers are invited, including the Holiday Party. These events shall be relevant to the industry and serve the goal of adult education whenever possible.
